We're looking for a Services Project Tender Engineer to join our dynamic Tendering Team and support our Global Services Sales and Opportunity Team.

In this role, you'll contribute to the bid elaboration for qualified project opportunities, ensuring that offers reflect customer needs and Schneider Electric's standards.

You'll collaborate closely with technical and commercial support functions, project managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals.

What will you be doing?


* Analyze low to medium complexity RFQs (Request for Quotations) and interpret customer requirements.


* Build techno-commercial proposals using standard tools and validated data.


* Ensure proposals align with Schneider Electric's offerings and customer expectations.


* Follow the Customer Project Process for Services, including risk analysis, tender submittal review, and escalation workflows.


* Supervise the quality and completeness of documents submitted to customers.


* Work closely with the Tender Manager and Opportunity Leader to meet key success factors.


* Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.


* Ensure active listening and information sharing throughout the tendering process.

Essential for the Role


* Background in electrical distribution, automation, or trading is beneficial.


* Previous experience in commercial roles or project execution is an advantage.


* Strong communication skills and adaptability.


* Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.


* Fluent in Finnish and English.
