We are seeking a Distribution Account Manager to play a vital role in driving our sales strategy and growing our APC by Schneider Electric.

In this position, you will implement growth plans for dedicated accounts, ensuring we meet our sales goals while keeping our customers delighted.

You will work with IT Distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

* Enhance Brand Visibility: Create and execute a quarterly marketing plan that amplifies our presence with distributors.


* Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Manage relationships with key partners like Cisco and Dell, positioning Schneider Electric as an industry leader.


* Optimize Processes: Utilize essential tools for accurate reporting and visibility of achievements.


* Measure Success: Collaborate with analysis and operations teams to drive ROI.


* Travel and Connect: Enjoy the excitement of travel (about 50% of your time) meeting customers

Your Ideal Profile:



* Educational Background: Suitable educational degree in a technical field


* Sales Experience: At least few years of successful sales experience, showcasing your communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.


* B2B Sales Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with a solid understanding of the IT distribution landscape.


* Driven to Succeed: Motivated to sell and deliver outstanding results, organized, and persistent in handling complex matters.


* Great Communicator: Excellent listening skills and the ability to influence others, building strong business networks up to the VP level.


* Tech-Savvy: Experienced in managing customer relationship systems, sales support programs, and social media.


* International Experience: Comfortable working with international contacts and have a valid driver's license (B).
