Manufacturing Quality Assurance - Entry Professional

This is a temporary position for one year, focused on ensuring the quality of incoming materials through inspections, inventory control, and non-conformance management.

What will you do?


* You will manage incoming inspections, handle non-conforming products, and ensure supplier quality compliance.

Your role will involve problem-solving, performance analysis, and supporting logistics and inventory processes to maintain operational excellence.


* Perform incoming inspections and sampling of materials.


* Manage non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.


* Execute system transactions related to inventory and quality processes.


* Analyze performance indicators (COPQ - Cost of Poor Quality) and propose improvements.


* Collaborate with logistics and materials management teams to ensure accurate inventory control.


* Support scrap management and quality compliance for received goods.

* You will report to the Quality Manager at Planta Rojo Gómez.

You will work closely with logistics, procurement, and supplier quality teams.

This is an individual contributor role with high impact on material quality and operational performance.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.


* Experience: 1-3 years in quality assurance, incoming inspection, or manufacturing environments.


* Knowledge: Inventory management, logistics, and performance indicators (COPQ).


* Language: intermeadiate English.


* Availability: Full-time on-site at Planta Rojo Gómez (no home office).
