We pride ourselves on personalized care, a fully equipped rehab unit, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers — all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

? What You'll Do

As our new Physical Therapist, you'll:


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.


* Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.


* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.

* Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy


* Current California PT license (or eligibility)


* Strong communication and documentation skills
