Located in the heart of Palm Desert, California, Willow Springs Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to helping residents regain independence and return home after surgery, injury, or illness.

We pride ourselves on personalized care, a fully equipped rehab unit, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers — all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

? What You'll Do

As our new SLP, you'll:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.


* Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals.


* Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

? What We're Looking For


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology


* Current California SLP license (or eligibility)


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
