Project Management Associate - Commercial Term Lending - Associate

CTL is seeking a talented Project Management (PM) Associate to join our team.

In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director of Sales to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives.

You will provide advanced analytical and administrative support while coordinating cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:


* Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of CTL, making decisions, crafting communications, and advocating for team priorities


* Promote transparent and effective information flow between leadership and key departments


* Actively drive meeting discussions and ensure team perspectives are recognized


* Manage projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes


* Prepare, organize, and coordinate briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings


* Gather, analyze, and present project data and insights to inform decision-making


* Maintain comprehensive records from meetings and translate discussions into actionable items


* Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend solutions


* Track key metrics, sales, and technology initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals


* Provide ad hoc project support as needed


* Collaborate with the administrative team to deliver executive-level support, including managing schedules, travel logistics, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings and events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment


* Adaptability to changing circumstances and dynamic environments


* Strong judgment and capability to handle confidential and sensitive information


* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


* Experience influencing outcomes, driving change, and delivering results in complex environments
