What You'll Do:


* Provide skilled wound care and skin assessments in alignment with physician orders and facility protocols


* Monitor healing progress and ensure accurate documentation


* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to create strong resident outcomes


* Educate staff on skin integrity, prevention strategies, and best practices


* Participate in care planning and help guide our holistic approach to healing

What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN or RN license


* Previous experience in wound care or as a Treatment Nurse in a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills


* Detail-oriented, compassionate, and team-focused
