In this role, you will:

lead for our entire product content ecosystem, translating high-level business objectives into robust, secure, and scalable technical architecture.

As our subject matter expert, you will not only design the vision for our PIM, and retailer syndication platforms but also guide the teams that build and integrate them.


* Set the content strategy: Architect the strategic vision for our PIM, and syndication platforms (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo).

You will take business goals and transform them into technical designs that meet our long-term needs.


* Establish data governance: Design and champion our product data model, defining the taxonomy and attributes that ensure our data is accurate and consistent.

You will create clear data lineage, providing a single source of truth for the entire business.


* Lead integrations: Drive the integration of our PIM system with other enterprise platforms, such as e-commerce and ERP.

You will design and implement the critical inbound and outbound data flows that enable seamless operations.


* Optimize workflows: Partner with business users and technical teams to analyze and refine the processes for product data creation and enrichment, improving efficiency and alignment.


* Act as a technical leader: Be the go-to expert on PIM and content architecture.

You'll communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from developers to executives, and provide mentorship to guide our teams.


* Ensure quality and performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality and performance.

You will be responsible for enforcing validation rules, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing our content syndication process.
