Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the RN and healthcare team


* Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications


* Current California LVN license required


* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills


* Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
