The Manager, Global Strategic Planning leads Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology activities surrounding long-range product planning (LRPP) including life cycle management, SKU optimization, and capacity planning.

This leader will spearhead strategic leadership discussions to ensure alignment and execution of short- and long-term business goals with cross-functional partners, including Global Strategic Marketing (GSM), Supply Chain, Finance, Regional Commercial teams, and the Project Management Office.

This role balances relationship-building, strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to develop insights that raise internal awareness of where our market is heading to position and scale the business to be the leader in the electrophysiology space today and into the future.

Duties and Responsibilities


* Direct the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across Global Strategic Marketing, Finance, Regional Commercial teams and Supply Chain to ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined and aligned with overarching long-term company strategies.


* Develop 5-year Long-Range Product Plan (LRPP) for all product codes, biannually.


* Drive the vision for new organizational processes to evolve LRPP from a quantitative-only activity into a strategic leadership discussion to assess and inform supply chain decision-making via: risk tolerance/triggers, timing for capacity investment, product usage evolution, and opportunities for product rationalization.
