Job Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of Kinexys Digital Assets


* Drive the development of new products and features related to digital assets and tokenization, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices


* Lead, coach, mentor, and empower product teams to execute across the product life cycle, while defining and instilling best practices


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and functional partners, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption


* Engage with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations


* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies


* Champion a culture of continuous innovation and improvement


* Identify and remove barriers to product success

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications


* Proven track record of leading transformative innovation initiatives to market, leveraging new technologies to drive change in complex organizations.


* Extensive experience in capital markets, securities services, investment management or a closely related field
