Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Manager for our Platte Outlet!
Do you have management/supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, logistics, production, warehouse or similar industries? Do you have significant customer service, financial/monetary, production/inventory, and staff management experience? Have you lead a team of 20 to 30 employees? JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager, Secondary Markets Operations (AMSM) will manage the daily operations of our Outlet Store located at our Retail Support Center (RSC) in an assistant role, maximizing profits while ensuring customers/donors receive the highest level of customer service at this non-traditional shopping experience, and maintaining an “Attitude of Gratitude” to support the mission of the organization.
The AMSM will also manage the Recycling Operations of the RSC (with the assistance of the Supervisor, Recycling) administrating all aspects of the recycled and salvageable goods processing system.
The AMSM will also support the RSC Manager in implementing best practices for processing, storage, and salvage for the organization.
This position offers you the opportunity to play an influential and visible role as our company grows.
Training will begin immediately to prepare you to be responsible for effective and efficient management of our Outlet Store and Recycling Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Stock, pull, load/unload merchandise, check prices, clean and straighten the Outlet Store, ensuring the Store’s appearance is always at its best.
Operate a cash register.
