Your Mission

Sales Engineer as Himel Brand ambassador and will drive territory revenue in the scope responsible, will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market.

We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large complex deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!


* Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals


* Establish and Develop the Distribution Networks across all Key Channels


* Management of sales and marketing events


* Support and deploy strategies initiatives as per directions from Sales & Business Development teams.


* Coordinate with Country support team in China for end Sales processes.


* Conduct Marketing Intelligence activities.


* Follow the local projects particularly in value segment and coordinate with all the stake holders like, panel builder, contractors, consultants, etc.


* Establish relationship with utilities to get the required approvals in the country


* Ensure Retail business growth along with acquisition of POS and tracking the sales through POS


* Target OEMs & Panel builders in the value brand segment.


* Update management on key changes in the country which could have business impact.


* Close Coordination with SE relevant team in the scope

About You


* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering considered


* 3+years in relevant Sales & Export roles


* Distributors' Management Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.


* Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions: Low Voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, etc.


* Demonstrate strong leadership and entrepreneurship in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries' sales.
