Whether you're helping a resident take their first steps post-recovery or guiding them through strengthening routines, your role is critical in their journey.

? What You'll Do:


* Assist in delivering top-notch therapeutic treatments as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist


* Encourage and support residents in achieving their mobility and rehab goals


* Monitor and report patient progress


* Document therapy services per state and federal guidelines


* Create a positive, uplifting experience for residents every step of the way

? What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Passion for improving quality of life


* Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab a plus!
