The Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Latam is currently seeking a Platform Owner to join our team.

The Platform Owner is responsible for own vision and prioritization of new platform level features and/or enhancements to a platform and enable platform and product squads being accountable for value delivery and value realization at the platform squad level

Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership & Strategy


* Define and own the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


* Act as the primary point of accountability for platform health, scalability, and reliability.


* Drive the adoption of modern integration patterns and microservices architecture.

Integration & Microservices Engineering


* Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of API-led integrations across internal and external systems.


* Lead the modernization of services into a containerized, event-driven, microservices ecosystem.


* Ensure integration layers follow best practices for security, maintainability, and compliance.

Product Management & Stakeholder Engagement


* Translate business needs into technical requirements and shape features accordingly.


* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to deliver cohesive cross-platform solutions.


* Manage backlog prioritization for platform-related projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications


* Software engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture.


* Advanced English Level is required


* o Proven experience in API management platforms, integration frameworks (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee, Kafka, Azure Integration Services).


* Expertise in microservices patterns, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.


* Strong knowledge of REST and event-driven architectures.
