Johnson & Johnson Surgery is seeking a Business Excellence Student to join our team located in Nes-Ziona and/or Tel haShomer sites, Israel.

In this role you will be in charge of :


* Analysis and Maintenance of Business Performance Management and KPIs:



* Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data.


* Support the maintenance and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.


* Contribute to the preparation of performance dashboards and reports for upper management.



* Support in Management Portfolio of Projects:



* Aid in the tracking and documentation of project statuses.


* Assist in the coordination and communication of project activities across departments.
