Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely evaluate sales performance via different sales reports and analysis

Be responsible for incentive calculation and Company Sales Award Management

Involve in key business processes such as sales BP planning and Incentive scheme.

Data system management via coordination with company channel management team.

Provide support on channel management including rebate calculation and contract review etc.

Improve business effectiveness & efficiency by internal process improvement opportunities

Key project coordinator such as SFE call visit and call plan development

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education required for competent performance:

 X

Experience and Knowledge:


* 2-3 years working experience in sales and marketing, business process consulting, or sales operations environment


* Familiar with cross-functional coordination, marketing support, incentive and performance measurement, service and support management,


* Rich knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical or channel.

Competencies and skills:


* Strong analytical skills, sense of analysis


* Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, coordination skills


* Skilled in using MS office, esp.

Excel, PowerPoint
