We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, Business Innovation & Integration to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia or Mexito Cuty, Mexico.

Purpose: 

Responsible for creating innovative processes, products, and solutions in anticipation of trends.

Activities may cover both innovation in products and services offered to internal customers as well as innovation in internal processes.

Introduces disruptive ideas to the organization's operations.

Develops and rationalizes solutions, researching and designing innovative ideas.

Oversees the strategy and culture required for employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level.

Responsibilities may include collecting and testing ideas within organization, assessing and prioritizing opportunities in line with business and innovation strategy.
 
Role: Leading expert individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable resource by peers, who  manages large projects or processes.

Contributes on projects of strategic importance involving several departments and teams.

Manages projects, programs or processes that span multiple related areas of the organization.

Helps identify employee and organizational strengths and weaknesses.
