This is a remote role.

Purpose: This role provides administrative and subject‐matter expert support to the HealthCare Solutions (HCS) Directors for the Heart Recovery business.

The Coordinator acts as a key operational interface, ensuring smooth execution of team processes, supporting onboarding, fleet/mobility, onboarding, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.  

 

Key Responsibilities 


* Serve as liaison among Professional Education, Physician Programs, internal stakeholders (e.g., commercial effectiveness, operations, HR, mobility).

  



* Oversee onboarding processes for new team members; ensure compliance with company requirements.

  



* Manage mobility/fleet logistics (vehicle assignments, travel arrangements, remote work infrastructure) for field staff. 



* Support vendor management (selecting, onboarding, coordinating vendors aligned with operations).

  



* Provide subject-matter expertise for administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial strategy.

 Ensure PO submission and processing is accurate and timely with payments to vendors using all approved platforms including APEX, eMarketplace, Totality and others.
