Responsibilities


* Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance


* Assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and facility standards


* Support a safe, clean, and caring environment for all residents

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate and dependable


* Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome)
