A glimpse of your daily life

Every day is different, but you will mainly be :

Prospection:


* Creation of detailed prospecting files by geographic market and by industry.


* Tracking reservations made the previous day and arrivals of the day (VIPs, new accounts).


* Weekly competitive benchmarkig.

Sales Corporate Administrative Tasks :


* Managing Corporate Contracts after communication of rates by Sales Managers.


* Responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).


* Creating LNR contracts (Local Negotiated Rates) and sending them via email.


* Checking rate loading for both LNR and KNR (Key Negotiated Rates) in coordination with the Revenue Management team.

Sales & Marketing Support :


* Creating all sales presentations: tailored to each market.


* Marketing liaison: producing documents, vouchers, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.


* Preparing and following up on FAM Trips (organization, restaurant reservations, etc.).

Preparing Sales Trips :


* Pre-trip: prospecting and setting up meetings for smaller accounts or unevaluated markets Reviewing history and assessing potential


* Scheduling appointments and organizing site inspections

Post-trip : follow-up actions


* Updating Salesforce:


* Conducting site inspections in support of the Sales Manager.


* Database management: entering contacts from sales trips and sales calls (content still to be completed by the Sales Team).


* Preparation of TER (Travel Expense Reports) and TAF (Travel Authorization Forms).

What we need from you

Higher Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration.

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5- star).

Fluent French and English.

Mastering a third foreign language is highly desirable.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Delphi or Salesforce and Opera.

Gifted with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of observation, you demonstrate attentiveness, diplomacy, organization, and responsiveness on a daily basis.
