* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with injection molding process development and optimization.
* Strong understanding of injection molding machines, tooling design, materials and processing parameters.
* Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organizational skills.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics Technology.
* Experience working in a Casting environment.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and scientific methods for problem solving.
