What You'll Bring

Required


* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health & Safety, Human Factors, Engineering, Science, or related field.

Or equivalent experience.


* 15+ years of progressive Health & Safety leadership experience, including consulting.


* Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar sales annually and winning strategic projects.


* Deep expertise in technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus.


* Strong business acumen and ability to shape client needs at executive levels.

Preferred


* Recognized technical certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar).


* Established reputation and client network in the local marketplace.


* Passion for advancing EHS performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s full suite of consulting services.


* Design and implement Health & Safety compliance programs, performance transformation initiatives, and risk management systems.


* Provide thought leadership on EHS, ESG, and sustainability topics.


* Develop commercial strategies to secure high-value opportunities aligned with ERM’s global vision.


* Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering innovation and talent growth.
