Trust and Security Finance Lead - Vice President
Join the Trust and Security Finance organization in a dynamic role serving as the lead for strategy reporting and forecasting.
As a Vice President in the Trust and Security Finance team, you will partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
You will also lead cross functional workstreams with other Connected Commerce pillars of Payments.
Additionally, you will be responsible for one or two key businesses where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis, assist with strategic direction and decision making.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis
* Analyze and strategize tasks including, but not limited to stakeholder recommendations, customer behavior, and analyzing card business
* Create financial business cases supporting business initiatives
* Develop and track performance metrics, create presentations, and generally provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management
* Oversee processes to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years.
* Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to line of business Chief Financial Officers
* Help explain the company's forecast to key clients
* Deliver high quality reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual results
* Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a subject of a technical nature
* 7+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a finance, planning & analysis, accounting, business management and/or consulting background
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Experience creating business cases and articulating the financial impact of strategic initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with data
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
* Team player with the ability to be regarded as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and key partners
* Strong attention to detail with sense of ownership and accountability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience managing a team preferred
* Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
* Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
