In this role, you will:
As a Packaging Development Intern, you will support the development and optimization of innovative packaging solutions that enhance product performance, sustainability, and consumer experience.
This internship offers hands-on experience in packaging design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic R&E environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of primary and secondary packaging for consumer products.
* Support packaging material selection, prototyping, and testing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sustainability.
* Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale packaging trials and document results.
* Analyze packaging performance data and contribute to technical reports.
* Participate in supplier interactions and benchmarking studies.
* Help identify opportunities for packaging cost optimization and environmental impact reduction.

* B tech/ BE/Bsc + Post graduate Diploma in Packaging .
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with packaging materials (plastics, paperboard, films)...
