Neurodiagnostic Tech II

90% to 100% FTE.

36/40 hours per week.

All shifts, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

No mandatory shift changes and no call.

You may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work Schedule:


* Day: 8-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00AM and 4:30PM


* Evening: 8-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 3:00PM and 11:30PM


* Night: 8/10/12-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00PM and 7:30AM

Pay:


* This position may be eligible for a $10,000,00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE)


* Additional components of compensation may include:

We are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Tech II (EEG Tech, Registered EEG Tech, REEGT, Registered Sleep Tech) to:


* Conduct complex electroneurodiagnostic procedures and review, anlayze and prepare descriptive report following procedure.


* Complete daily laboratory operations with the main emphasis on high quality patient related procedures which adhere to guidelines and technical standards.


* Interact patients and families regarding procedural direction and information, developing patient rapport and confidence.


* Implement alternative methods and/or make necessary adjustments to obtain optimal recording, adapting procedure to particular clinical circumstance.

Qualifications



* Graduate of an electroneurodiagnostic tech program Required


* Four (4) years of relevant training and experience may be considered in lieu of graduation from an electroneurodiagnostic tech program in addition to the experience below.
