Job Description:

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Human Resources team as a Protégé Trainee!

Embark on a dynamic 12-month development program designed to build foundational skills in HR operations, learning & development, and talent acquisition.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and prepare for a future career in Human Resources within the healthcare industry.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Protégé will play a key role in supporting HR processes and contributing to recruitment initiatives.

Job Responsibilities


* Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives by planning and coordinating training sessions, sourcing vendors, and managing HRD grant applications.


* Organize and execute team-building programs, including vendor selection, logistics management, and grant submissions.


* Negotiate with training and team-building vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.


* Deliver administrative and analytical support to the HR Lead through preparing presentations, generating reports, and conducting data analysis.


* Manage talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.


* Identify and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.


* Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.


* Create compelling job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant job boards.


* Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


* Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate reporting.

Job Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


* Ability to commit to a 12-month structured training program under the Protégé development initiative.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and calendar management.


* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
