强生数字营销产品经理（乳房假体）

 

工作地点：上海

 

岗位职责
  •  负责消费者数字化营销全链路，包括社交媒体、搜索、官网及电商，驱动营销增长；
  •  与医美机构、医生IP、转诊平台共创共赢模式，整合传播资源，放大品牌影响力；
  •  管理小红书、美团等重点平台的合作与项目落地，理解种草逻辑和平台规则
  •  消费者端产品卖点挖掘，确保内容兼具专业性与传播力
  •  提升品牌设计，保持高端形象，品牌营销节点规划

任职要求
  •  本科及以上学历
  •  外企5年以上数字营销或市场部经验，熟悉C端内容趋势与消费者洞察；
  •  有医美、OTC、药品或医疗器械行业经验，理解监管与合规要求；
  •  逻辑清晰、思维结构化，能输出有说服力的策略与汇报材料；
  •  沟通成熟，能与销售经理、机构负责人高效对接，推动协同；
  •  执行力强，具备结果导向与责任心，能在压力下独立交付项目；
  •  具备Ownership与持续学习能力，在限制条件下能创新推进。
