The Senior Manager, Project Management will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Portfolio and Project Management Office activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs, a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives. 

The candidate will support for overall project methodology, project planning, project management, risk management, resource management.

Furthermore, this role act as the primary leadership conduit to the global Transcend program PMO partnering closely alongside the regional and local or site deployment teams to ensure all program objectives are met as well as partner across interdependent programs to ensure dependencies are managed and risks mitigated.

 

Major Responsibilities:


* Responsible for shaping and influencing all Project Management Office related activities and team members. 


* Reinforce PMO cadence, mechanics, and day-to-day program methodology across all workstreams.


* Partner closely with the overall deployment lead and deployment managers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
