Inpatient Therapy Supervisor

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, Varies 6am-6pm, Weekend hours as needed.

You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential


* Overtime

Qualifications



* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology, with a minimum of a Master's degree.

Required

Work Experience



* At least five years as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist or closely related field in an inpatient setting or equivalent professional experience.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current license/certification from the State of Illinois in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology.
