A Day in the Life: Core Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate and competent direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and hygiene.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and dining.


* Accurately record and report all care provided and changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.


* Foster a warm, nurturing, and caring environment for all residents.

Qualifications (What You Bring)


* Current, active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.


* Experience in a senior living, long-term care, or assisted living environment is preferred.


* A passion for working with seniors and a dedication to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
