Role Overview:
The Senior Analyst will lead and support contracting activities for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) within the Long-Term Care (LTC) segment, administered by the Managed Markets & Specialty Team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence process improvements across multiple stakeholders.

The Senior Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for LTC contracting, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while driving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead contract management activities for LTC GPOs, including pricing setup, rebate calculations, and payment processing.


* Serve as a strategic partner to Operating Companies and field teams, providing insights and recommendations to optimize contract performance.


* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and present actionable insights to leadership.


* Drive process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects to enhance contract lifecycle management.
