We are searching for the best talent for Associate Operations Support Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.

As a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will:



* Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA


* Collaborate with the other Department Leader to provide a quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions


* Challenge the status quo through the increasingly in-depth use of all the data collected by the available systems in order to make holistic analyzes during the investigations that help to have an end-to-end understanding of the shop-floor issues.


* Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.


* Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.


* Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.

Qualifications / Requirements:



* University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent) 


* Previous working experience in a pharmaceutical production plant


* Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
