We are searching for the best talent for a Supply Network Planner Analyst role to be in Limerick, Ireland.

As part of the Supply Planning Team, in this role you will have the opportunity to support our Global Supply Planning team, optimizing Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes to ensure flawless supply chain operations.

As a Supply Network Planner Analyst, you will:



* Support propagation of net requirements upstream in the value stream and constrained plans downstream across supply chain nodes.


* Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and regional partners to maintain fair, clear, and business aligned allocation logic.


* Monitor regional shipments in real-time to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


* Verify shipments align with the approved allocation strategy and call out deviations.


* Analyze variances, investigate delays or shortages, and collaborate on resolutions.


* Keep regional teams advised about shipment statuses and potential issues.


* Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams and with leadership, ensuring alignment on plans, issues, and decision-making processes.

Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate information flow and drive consensus.

Qualifications/Requirements:



* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, data analytics or a relevant field is required


* 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, supply chain planning or similar role is required


* Supply Chain certification (APICS/IBF) is desirable.


* Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.


* Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals.


* Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience.
