Job Description

Providestechnical support for AutoZone MX Stores, RO, DC's and MEXCAT .

Troubleshootingproblems with store network hardware including Cisco Routers, Switches andTelephones.

Monitor service dispatches and controlling expense.

Assist indeveloping KPI's for support service levels and ensuring they are met.Documents and adheres to standard processes and procedures.

Provides technicalassistance as needed.

Provides technicalsupport for AutoZone Stores.

Responsibilities



* Responds to, Troubleshoothardware, software, on networking and communications problems remotly orthrough discussions with users over the phone.

Including Cisco, Nortel , Avayaequipment ( Stores, RO's , DC's andMexcat)

* Work with dispatch technicianto troubleshoot and validates services working according to our needs

* Work and troubleshootwith carrier's services reported


*


* Document processes andprocedures.

Develops work knowledge.

Qualifications



* Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Area of Study: Computer Science , Networking and Communications


* Years of Experience: Three to five years.


* Type of Experience: High level
