Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE day shit.

Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5300pm, no weekends required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay : Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an Ophthalmology Supervisor to:


* Assist with leading the daily clinical functions of the clinic including maintaining clinical standards and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.


* Work alongside outstanding physicians, fellows, residents and medical students.


* Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages.


* Assist with optometry.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma Required


* Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years of experience as Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Required


* 2 years of leadership experience Required


* 4 years of leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certifications Preferred
