Field Service Technician I

Join our team as a Field Service Technician and help deliver technology solutions that advance sustainability and automation.

In this hands-on role, you'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems that reduce environmental impact and boost efficiency-working with smart tools and eco-friendly practices to build a greener, smarter future.

What will you do?



* Work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.


* Perform HVAC system testing.


* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.


* Assist with installation and commissioning of building automation systems.


* Communicate effectively with customers and team members.


* Follow all safety standards and processes.


* Climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?



* Customer-friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.


* Familiarity with HVAC systems (Package units, split systems, RTUs, mini-splits).


* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.


* Ability to work safely and efficiently.
