* B.S.

Degree from an accredited institution.


* Minimum of 7 years' experience working in manufacturing companies; 5 years working in Engineering and/or Quality


* Minimum of five years leadership experience


* ASQC (American Society for Quality Control) certification is preferred for this position


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS


* BS Degree in Engineering


* Demonstrated Project Management skills.


* ASQC (American Society for Quality Control) certification


* Audit experience


* Strong negotiation skills


* Experience with querying databases.


* Excellent analytical skills
