Sales Reporting & Analytics Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist will serve as the primary expert for sales data management, reporting, and analytics.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of sales data across multiple systems, including Salesforce.

The specialist will create and maintain routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making.

By handling day-to-day reporting and data management tasks, this role enables the Sales Operations Manager to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Act as the go-to expert for sales data, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all reporting systems


* Create, maintain, and enhance routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel


* Support Salesforce maintenance and optimization, including user management, routine admin requests, and Salesforce Dataloader management, to improve sales productivity


* Ensure data integrity through regular audits, compliance with company policies, and thorough documentation of processes and procedures


* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, advocating for data-driven decision making


* Manage and optimize internal and external data sources and systems (e.g., Tracker, Bentelligence, AskGMS) to support sales processes


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement scalable solutions

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)


* 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role (preferred)


* Experience with Salesforce administration and reporting (preferred)


* Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel functions (required)


* Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)


* Experience with data management best practices and reporting tools (preferred)

The pay range for the role is $62,200 to $105,800.

The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
