CORP FAC ENG/MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Manage and refine the company's best practices related to retail maintenance parts inventories.

Develop, manage and support corporate training for enterprise CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Minimum
- 2+ years experience in maintenance and facilities
- EPA Type 2 certification
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- High level of skill with data analytics and tools
- Proficient skill level using Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to work with and mentor others
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train

Desired
- Any work experience as maintenance supervisor, assistant manager, manager or maintenance engineer
- Any experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics
- Any refrigeration/HVAC maintenance experience
- Extensive technical training- Establish, train and support best practice regarding parts usage, replenishment, inventory control and supply agreements
- Manage corporate electronic retail maintenance parts catalogues and inventories
- Support supply chain activities with the development of RFP's, RFI's, pre and post bid analysis
- Support and manage company and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations associated with refrigerant usage
- Assist in the development of capital and expense budgets and allocations for building repairs and equipment replacements
- Develop and execute Kroger's refrigeration, HVAC and non-refrigerated equipment break/fix and preventative maintenance programs
- Manage third-party contracted maintenance services in partnership with divisions
- Manage the integration of energy reduction best practices into daily maintenance activities
- Provide reports detailing budgets, service level information, repair effectiveness and refrigerant usage
- Conduct new equipment evaluations for serviceability, break/fix ad planned maintenance procedures, durability and safety
- Evaluate total cost of ownership models for equipment and building elements
- Analyze and determine root cause equipment failures and design issues
- Coach and support maintenance managers and safety coordinators to follow safety standards and training
- Travel to all retail divisions to conduct training of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and best practices
