Part-Time Dining Room Supervisor
Colonial Hill Retirement Center - Johnson City, TN

Hours: 32-35 per week
Schedule: 1:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.; occasional weekends 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: No experience required

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and support our wait staff.

Responsibilities:


* Seat residents/guests and assist with drink orders


* Support wait staff during meal service


* Work with the Dietary Manager to coordinate kitchen and dining room operations


* Assist residents with menus and help tally weekly menus


* Maintain resident meal sheets for billing


* Create staff schedules and help cover shifts when needed


* Handle resident concerns and report issues to the Administrator


* Other duties as assigned
