We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with care standards.


* Coordinate patient care and resolve issues promptly.


* Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed.


* Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management.


* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


* Current RN license in Kentucky.


* Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.


* Strong clinical and organizational skills.


* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Hourly & Incentives:


* $38.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)


* Weekend Differential Pay: Additional $3.00 per hour
