Job Title: Coordinator, Specialized Solutions Support

Job Summary:

The Specialized Solutions Support role ensures the on-time status of in-network and out of network shipments that are secured through the Specialized Solutions Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:


* Tracks shipments using TForce Freight systems as well as partner carrier systems.


* Communicates with TForce Freight Service Center personnel to ensure delivery compliance.


* Communicates with partner carrier operations staff to ensure delivery compliance.


* Verifies billing information and initiates corrections as needed.

Job Requirements:


* U.S.

citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.


* Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself


* At least 18 years of age


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel


* Bachelor's degree or international equivalent- Preferred
