100% FTE, 8/10 hour day/evening shifts between the hours of 8:30am - 8:30pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Team Leader to:


* Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.


* Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers.


* Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) degree Preferred

Work Experience



* 3 years of relevant clinical experience working with a surgical patient population Required


* Outpatient surgery experience Required


* Critical care background Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin
Basic Life Support/CPR Required


* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
