Marketing, Media, and Communications Coordinator - Marketing and Public Relations

The Riverside University Health System Medical Center seeks a Marketing, Media, and Communications Coordinator to join the Marketing and Public Relations team in Moreno Valley.

This position is responsible for collaborating with RUHS departments to develop campaigns and produce communication materials that promote programs and services to both internal and external audiences.

Tasks encompass the creation of flyers, advertising signage, newsletter articles, social media posts, and talking points.

Desired Qualifications:


* Proficient in graphic design, photography, and videography/video editing


* Skilled in creating and editing social media videos


* Experience in managing social media accounts and analyzing performance metrics


* Proficiency in advertising strategies and media buying


* Strong writing abilities for articles and scripts


* Familiarity with branding principles and developing marketing campaigns


* Knowledgeable in Canva, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products, particularly Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop

* Occasional driving required - must have a valid CDL


* Occasional walking/lifting/kneeling

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 9/80 schedule.
Occasional after-hours work may be necessary for special events.

Remote work options may be available up to 2 days per week, subject to department approval and completion of required training.
