The Regional Plan Analyst is responsible for supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and supply feedback loop maturity improvements for Americas Vision business.

In this role they will collaborate across key functions to support the monthly IBP process, facilitating aligned decision making through evaluating and revising projections for demand, supply, inventory, portfolio strategies, and the resulting financial impacts.

This individual will be responsible for partnering with planning and commercial organizations to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data and metrics improving the decision-making process and driving opportunities for product prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:



* Ownership of Americas product allocation prioritization strategy aiming to optimize service level outcomes.


* Influence decision making and execution via clear understanding of inventory status, incoming supply, and how these will impact demand forecast across US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
