As a Vice President in the Global Conflicts team, you will be at the forefront of managing and mitigating conflicts of interest within the Commercial & Investment Bank.

Job Responsibilities:


* Review new business opportunities to identify potential conflicts of interest.


* Communicate frequently with Global Industry Heads and Product Heads to discuss transaction analyses.


* Manage the business selection process when necessary.


* Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams.


* Supervise and mentor associate team members in transaction analysis.


* Lead strategic projects, including new technology initiatives and banker training.


* Provide sound independent judgment in assessing conflict situations.


* Ensure timely completion of conflict management matters.


* Facilitate business selection conversations and manage deal team staffing.


* Partner with JPMC's Lines of Business and other control functions globally.


* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate reputation risk.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions or Investment Banking Conflicts.


* Strong analytical skills and the ability to chart and analyze relationships among global entities.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior bankers and management.
