As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Trade and Working Capital Product Solutions Delivery (T&WC PSD), you are a North America regional leader of a team that innovates and guides clients in the post-sales enablement process.

This includes the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions, which are tailored and relevant to clients with complex challenges.

Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.

Job responsibilities


* Leads NA team (7 HC) engaged on enablement of structured TWC programs and initiatives, including closing and funding of secured participated loans and synthetic securitisation for Receivables Finance, agented Export and Agency Finance, and Inventory Finance; configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with proprietary and fintech partner Technology, to fit complex client use cases


* Engages with clients, internal and external advisors and technology vendors for delivery of presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions


* Works with Sales and Originators in mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning


* Engages with Product and Platforms on identifying and defining development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback


* Leads and enhances NA business and program implementation processes and implementing improvements in client experience, controls, management information and turnaround time.

Interfaces with back offices and utilities on solutions delivery in driving the business model optimization E2E


* Develops staff and fosters career development and inclusive culture
