Sr Analyst - Training (Onsite - Washington, D.C.)

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Sr.

Analyst - Training to play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of training systems and resources.

This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Analyst will be responsible for managing training content, optimizing systems, and delivering actionable insights through reporting for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with the LMS team and the curriculum organizations for all programs.

- Loading, troubleshooting, reporting.

Requires expert level knowledge.

- Facilitating and working with program specific tools that houses knowledge base articles that CSRs use to complete their job.

- Responsible for updating and making improvements.

- Preparing the articles for production.
- Analyzing performance of systems to make changes to improve efficiency to ensure continuous improvement and to improve user experience.

- Conduct focus groups, handle evaluation efforts, including of training materials.

- Indirect management & delegation of tasks to appropriate training teams and working with corporate training team to improve delivery of product without direct supervisory duties.

- Support new hire onboarding processes and ensure alignment with program requirements.

- Maintain records of all training, certifications, and orientation activities in compliance with contract requirements.

- Develop and deliver client-facing reports summarizing training activities, certifications, and performance metrics.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Macros, pivot tables, and data visualization, to create reports and analyze training data.

- Develop training plans and train staff on the knowledge base, principles, ticket tracking system, and tools for Help Desk operations.

Citizenship required; ability to pass a Federal background check.

- Familiarity with IT Helpdesk environments and onboarding processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and facilitating discussions.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ Years of experience

- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
