What You'll Be Doing:


* Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized physical therapy treatment plans.


* Providing one-on-one therapy to residents to help them improve mobility and independence.


* Collaborating with the rehab team to achieve the best patient outcomes.


* Tracking progress and modifying therapy plans as needed.
